Public policy grey literature is generated from government agencies, intergovernmental organizations (IGOs), non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and other groups and think tanks that are involved in research, advocacy or business.

Scholarly Books...

  • report original research in a specific discipline
  • use extensive notes and bibliographies 
  • are written by academics for an academic audience
  • are published by university presses or academic publishers
Use an asterisk to include multiple word endings:  econom* = economic, economics, economy
Use quotation marks to "glue" the words of a term/phrase together:  "market stability"
Experiment with the drop-down menus to craft a better search.
KEYWORD search:  country name AND "economic conditions"
SUBJECT search:  country name -- economic conditions
(Country name -- Economic Conditions is an assigned subject term. Check item records to identify such terms.)
