Printer issues - Contact information

Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm call 207-797-7224 (if using desk phone, first dial 9 and 1 to call out)

After 5pm, email kdsne.dispatch@da.kyocera.com and copy lib.ps.supervisors@colby.edu

Place an out-of-order sign on the printer (located at the desk, in the black wire file holder). Include the actions that have been taken - please fill out the out-of-order signs completely. Include the copier # and any error messages on the machine when contacting Kyocera.
